To the Moon is the band's latest album, released  21 December 2016. What we've got here is a fantastic release of six of the band's original songs. Some of which  are their seminal works and others are a preview of what's to come for the Sleepers. Being a Sofar Sounds production, this album was recorded in one take in front of an incredibly attentive audience in the living room of a NE Portland home.

The featured song in the video above was written in the fall of 2015 as a spoof song about the end of the world. However, during the recording on October 20, 2016 we all had no idea how real it would feel in less than a month's time. Big thanks to Adam Levy for photographing the entire show.

Wooden Sleepers is a folk-grass trio based in Portland, Oregon. Their music covers much ground, from boot stomping traditional bluegrass, through modern folk with deep grooves and creativity. Their combined mandolin, guitar, acoustic bass, and welling harmonies create a whirlwind of enchantment and positive vibration. With lyrical content reminiscent of travel, romance, the beauty of nature, and life in the Old West, they are sure to captivate. Their influences include Trampled by Turtles, Elephant Revival, Leftover Salmon, Railroad Earth, Milk Carton Kids, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Steep Canyon Rangers.
